Orders and Payment
How do I place an order on Dika.bg?
Select your preferred product, add it to your shopping cart, and follow the checkout process to complete your purchase. Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, registering gives you access to your order history, faster checkout for future purchases, and eligibility to join the DiKa Loyalty Program.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit or debit card, as well as cash on delivery (COD). All payment methods available on our website are secure, reliable, and easy to use.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes. Simply enter your promo code in the designated field during checkout. If the code is valid, the discount will be automatically applied to your order total.
Shipping and Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes between 2 and 6 business days, depending on product availability and the delivery destination. During holiday periods or promotional campaigns, delivery times may be extended.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout. Delivery is free for orders over €100 and for orders delivered to a DiKa physical store.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We offer international delivery to selected destinations across Europe through our international website, dika.com.
Please note that you must create a separate account using an email address different from the one associated with your profile on the Bulgarian website. If you are a member of our Loyalty Program and would like to redeem loyalty points, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
The applicable shipping options, delivery costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment status in real time.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return a product?
Yes. You may return a purchased product within 14 days of receiving it, provided that it meets the following conditions:
- The product is accompanied by a receipt or invoice.
- The product is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The product shows no signs of wear, damage, staining, or traces of cosmetic products.
How can I return or exchange a product?
Products purchased through the online store may be returned or exchanged within 14 days in one of the following ways:
- At any DiKa physical store.
- By courier shipment to the brand’s central warehouse at the customer's expense.
All transportation costs related to returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
After the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed via bank transfer within 14 business days from the date the item arrives at our central warehouse.
Sizes and Product Availability
How do I choose the correct size?
We recommend consulting the detailed size guide available on each product page to help you select the size that best fits your measurements.
How can I check if a product is in stock?
Available sizes and colors are displayed directly on the product page. If an item is currently unavailable, this will be clearly indicated. You can also subscribe to back-in-stock notifications by entering your email address.
Will an out-of-stock product be restocked?
Some of our most popular styles may be restocked periodically. We recommend checking the website regularly or signing up for stock availability notifications.
Physical Stores
Where are DiKa stores located?
DiKa operates monobrand stores in Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, and Georgia. Up-to-date store locations and opening hours can be found in the “Find a Store” section of our website.
Can I return an online order to a physical store?
Yes. Online purchases can be returned at any DiKa physical store, provided they comply with the return conditions, including the 14-day return period, proof of purchase, and the product’s original condition.
Product Care and Materials
How should I care for my garments?
To preserve the quality, color, and shape of your garments, we recommend carefully following the washing, drying, and ironing instructions provided on each product label.
What materials are used in DiKa products?
DiKa collections feature carefully selected natural and blended fabrics chosen for their comfort, durability, and refined appearance.
More than 95% of our garments are manufactured in Europe.
As part of the E. Miroglio Group, DiKa uses premium and exclusive fabrics produced in the group's own textile factories in Bulgaria.
