Returns and exchanges
Goods purchased through the online store can be returned or exchanged at a branded DiKa store or sent to the seller’s warehouse within 14 working days from the date of delivery. The returned goods must be accompanied by a receipt or invoice. The returned goods must be in the same condition as they were sold, with original packaging and labels, free of any dirt or traces of cosmetic products.
Costs related to the exchange or return of goods, including transportation expenses, must be covered by the customer. The goods must be returned together with the receipt; otherwise, the seller is not responsible for the goods. Products must be returned to the following address:

Refunds for returned goods sent to the address specified in paragraphs 3.8 and 3.9 must be made via bank transfer within 14 working days from the date of product receipt at the warehouse. The customer’s bank account details must be provided in the return form. Otherwise, the seller is not responsible for incorrect bank details. The customer will be reimbursed the amount paid for the purchase of the goods.
